In accordance with our Charter, you must allow the professional a 60-day response time to return to you. Only after this deadline, in the absence of a response from the professional, your referral to the mediator will be admissible.

The information collected on the referral forms is recorded in a file computerized by the Tourism and Travel Mediation for the purposes of processing the request for mediation and sending the exchanges.
Sensitive data, including health, that you have transmitted to us are treated the same.
They are kept for 2 years and are intended for the administrative and legal services managing the mediation files. They can also be forwarded to the professional implicated in the mediation file.
